General complaints
Contact support@xlclass.com.au. Please include:
- Your name
- Student name where relevant
- Course or teacher
- Date of incident
- Description of the issue
- Any supporting information
Child safety complaints
Child safety concerns should be given priority. Contact childsafety@xlclass.com.au.
XLClass may acknowledge the report, preserve relevant records, temporarily restrict an account, speak with relevant parties, investigate the issue, take corrective action and refer matters to appropriate authorities where required.
